The Family Financial Literacy Coalition (FFLC) is a group of private industry and nonprofit
representatives working together to increase wealth for working
Mecklenburg County residents. Its mission is to promote resources
that provide basic financial education to enable families to build assets and
achieve financial stability in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Community.

Community Link is a founding member of FFLC, along with
United Way of Central Carolinas, Inc. and the IRS, which
began meeting in December 2004. More than 30 representatives
from various sectors attend the monthly meetings. The group has
identified three priorities and has a committee meeting monthly working on each.
